play_circle_filled Little throwback from the end of my last contest prep. Im chasing a world class look, and I'm more motivated then I've ever been in my entire life. People ask me all the time how I stay motivated, and continue to progress year after year. The truth is I cant even fully explain my love for this grind. I would ride my bike at 1130pm on school nights to the gym in high school if I had practice, and homework. On the days you want to take off from your diet, or training you need to push 2x as hard. Those are the days that make separate the elite from the rest. Keep pushing fam lets go🤘🏻🤙🏻. #prep19 #thepowereffect.

This is 4 months, and 30 pounds difference. Dam boy them @thepowereffect workouts, killing the stair master, and dieting day in an day out can do wonders. If your cutting, make sure your training intensity is high, so you burn extra calories! #thepowereffect.
