I have always been a “list person.”
I take great joy in checking things off of my to do list and I’ll admit sometimes I even add things I’ve already done just because I want the joy of crossing them off (Am I the only one?).
Organization and structure good.
In fact, they really important, however, I have learned and continue to learn that there has to be a healthy balance of structure and flexibility.
Sometimes I think, well I know, that I have taken myself and life so seriously that I’ve missed out on some of the simple joys that happen everyday.
So I have chosen to surround myself with people who don’t necessarily think like me or have the same personality because iron sharpens iron.
There’s so much life to live and I don’t want miss out on any of it!
