What if you finish out this year by NOT gaining any weight? Wouldn’t that be considered one helluva win after the holidays?? I sure think so!
It’s not complicated, you just have to STOP using the holiday season as an excuse! You can still get at least four workouts in a week, you know you can.😉 Nutrition-wise, give yourself something to look forward to! Stay on track on the days leading into those big days, like Thanksgiving, then fully enjoy it (I know I will be!!). Then back on afterward.
You don’t have to lose weight the next few months, but you don’t have to gain any either! Stop the excuses and KNOW that you CAN do this...because I’m doing the exact same thing with you!👊🏻💙
