Moving through spinal rotation, flexion and extension and a little gentle firing of the obliques, this is a great sequence to finish with after a strong core workout.

✔Keep abdominals engaged throughout the exercise and keep your breath flowing.
1️⃣ Kneeling Thoracic Rotation - Four Point Kneeling Thread The Needle.
✔The fundamental start position is hands under shoulders, knees under hips.
✔Arms should be fully lengthened but avoid locking your elbows.
✔Pull your belly button upwards to help maintain stable spine and abdominal connection to prevent your pelvis and lower spine collapsing.
➡️ Twisting from the waist, follow eye gaze to your hand and and extend your top arm laterally so that it is perpendicular to the floor reaching towards the sky. ➡️Bring your arm down, under your body and thread through performing a twist.
🔁 8-10 each side.
2️⃣ Cat and Cow
➡️ From hands and knees tuck your tailbone under and round your back towards the ceiling.
➡️ Roll through your spine to arch your back down and look ahead of your mat but try not to hyperextend your neck.
3️⃣ Child's Pose.
➡️ Finish with pushing bottom to heels for child's pose.
