I do what my body feels need to be don't. I punish it. I condition it. I have been doing 5 hours and up every day with minimal rest days. A slight injury whilst doing a 12.5 kg overhead shoulder press with a single bar. Far to many reps 10x 14-16 sets. And followed by a awkward shoulder up I king of stretched out a little too far causing a slight tear in the infraspinaturus muscle I believe there is 5 muscle groups within. I have slightly hurt, Bruised made it a whole lot sore anyway. I feel it is good to keep pressing on at this stage. Tape and heat packs will do the trick.
My workout type right now is minimal weight max reps. No matter time nor hurt. Just keep pushing. 208 grams of protein is my daily target from here. .
