So I’ve been holding this in for a while and I can finally say that - “I am going back home in December after 6 YEARS!!!”✨ (Not forever, just a long much needed vacay). Being away from home has probably been the hardest things I’ve ever had to do in my life and I cannot waaaiiittt to jump on and hug my family and friends. If you can’t already tell ... I’M SOOOOO EXCITED!! Bombay I’m finally coming to youuu soooon!!! 😁♥️🥰.

The Hip Hop Symphony written in 2003 and came to life on stage in 2006. Created and produced by: Pablo Malco. Should we bring this back in 2020 or 2021?

Talking about turn out and hip mobility ~ In this one, we are continuing to work on hip external rotation but adding in some internal rotation. Adding internal rotation will allow the external rotator muscles to fully lengthen before contracting them. A muscle always needs to lengthen before it can contract. The longer the muscle can be lengthened before contracting results in a greater muscle force produced. Exercises that involve fully lengthening a muscle before contracting a muscle, especially under some resistance, will help you achieve optimal strength AND mobility...which will help to prevent injuries, so that you can continue to do what you love to do!
.
.
1) Get on the ground in a four point kneel. This means elbows and wrists directly under the shoulders and knees directly under ths hips. Flatten out your back by drawing the belly button upwards...hold this position with your core but don't forget to breathe! .
.
2) Place a resistance band around both knees as shown. Lift your working leg up so your knee is at 90 degrees and in line with your shoulder on the same side. Turn your hip inwards as far as you can go while maintaining your alignment. Then turn your hip outwards as far as it can go. You want to hold each position for 3-5 seconds. .
.
Aim for 3-4 sets most days of the week 💪. .
.
