Volcanic Drives 🌋🚗✨
Otherworldy scenes when driving around the Highlands of Iceland. Endless black sands with volcanic craters all around.
Before this summer, these red craters were relatively unknown even though they are on Iceland’s most driven Highlands road. I posted a photo of them in May, which got viral and went all over the internet. Since then, they have been on of the most photographed craters in Iceland. Truly shows the power if social media.

I don't normally photograph waterfalls at sunset, but I think I'm going to have to try doing this more often. I returned to this waterfall again yesterday but because of all the rain we've been receiving lately, the flow is just insane and is too much for a good photo here. But I'm quite excited for Winter when I'll be able to photograph this scene with some snow and possibly some icicles... It's going to be interesting. ❄ ...
