Guten Abend meine Mäuskis! 🐭💙
Heute Abend präsentiere ich eines unserer absoluten Lieblingsessen 😍, obwohl ich Spaghetti echt nicht gerne esse. 🙃🤣
Es gab hier also ➡️ SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE (in der light Version 😉) mit tollem Herbstsalat 🍃 der erste Feldsalat in diesem Herbst und er war so gut! 😍❤️

Rezept für Bolognese Sauce (4-5 Portionen):
• eine großen Topf erhitzen, darin 1 EL Olivenöl erwärmen, 400g Tatar (mageres Rinderhackfleisch) anbraten
• 300-350g fein gewürfelte Möhren dazu geben, ebenso 1 fein gewürfelte Zwiebel und 1 gewürfelte Knoblauchzehe, alles anbraten
• 2 EL Tomatenmark sowie Kräuter (Salz, Pfeffer, italienische Kräuter) dazugeben, mit 80ml trockenen Rotwein ablöschen (wer das nicht mag, lässt es einfach weg)
• 2 Dosen Tomaten (passiert) dazugeben, die Sauce 20 Min köcheln lassen

Dazu gab’s hier 150g Nudeln (gekocht gewogen) und eine große Portion Salat mit Dressing Nr 3. (Rezept dazu in den Highlights ✨)
Mein Teller hatte 638 Kalorien. ✅.

A big bowl of nourishment by @cookingforpeanuts 😍 We've got beans, baked sweet potato, roasted corn, and air-frier plantains with mashed avocado! Step-by-step instructions below:

Recipe
Beans: Cook 1 chopped onion (small dice) in a little vegetable broth or sauté in olive oil until translucent, about 7 minutes. Add 3 minced garlic cloves and cook another minute. Mix in 1 tbsp tomato paste. Add 3 cups cooked black beans, 1 tbsp vegan Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 tsp maple syrup and 1 tsp sriracha. Add desired amount of vegetable broth or bean liquid and simmer about 10 minutes, adding more liquid as needed. Salt and black pepper to taste. 
Sweet potato: prick sweet potato all over with fork. Bake on lined sheet at 400F until thickest part of potato is easily pierced with fork. Once cool, slice open with a knife and add tahini and red chili flakes.
Corn: use tongs to hold end of corn and turn slowly over gas flame on stove until evenly charred. (Brush vegan butter or olive oil on corn after cooking, squeeze lime and chili powder if desired.) Plantains: slice very ripe plantain into about 1-1/4 inch pieces. (Optional: brush lightly with olive oil.) Cook in air fryer or oven at 400F until lightly browned. Serve with mashed avocado and chili flakes. Salt to taste.

Rigatoni With Vegan Vodka Sauce And Steamed Broccoli by @plantbasedjane 😍 Find this delicious recipe below: 
Vegan Vodka Sauce Recipe: 1 cup raw cashews, soaked in water 4-8 hours and drained
1 cup water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, diced
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 cup vodka
1/2 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
Black pepper to taste
Fresh basil or parsley, for serving

Instructions
Place the cashews and water into a food processor or blender. Blend unitl smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides of the pitcher or bowl as needed.
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat, When the oil is hot, add the onion. Sauté for about five minutes, until softened. Add the garlic and continue to sauté for another minute, until very fragrant.
Stir in the crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes and vodka. Bring the mixture to a simmer and reduce the heat to-medium low. Continue simmering for about fifteen minutes, until the sauce thickens a bit and the alcohol has cooked off.
Stir the cashew mixture into sauce and bring it back to a simmer, just for a minute, until heated throughout. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper.
Serve over pasta of choice and garnish with fresh basil or parsley. .

Od prawie dwóch miesięcy każdego poranka pod moimi drzwiami czeka paczka z pięcioma pełnowartościowymi posiłkami na cały dzień ✌🏽 W zasadzie to nie jedna, a dwie 😅 A to za sprawą tego, że @luk.cha podobnie jak ja nie ma w ostatnim czasie ani czasu ani chęci na stanie przy garach 😅

Jeżeli nie mieliście nigdy okazji korzystać z różnych względów z usług firm cateringowych, to wierzcie nam na słowo, że posiadanie przygotowanego, zdrowego jedzenia bez konieczności gotowania, ani stołowania się na mieście to niesamowita wygoda 🙃

I choć naprawdę kocham gotować, to niestety w ostatnim czasie doba po prostu jest dla mnie na to za krótka. Wiem, że wiele z Was też ma ten problem, dlatego mam dla Was 10% rabatu na jedzonko od @fitkalorie ☝🏽 Wystarczy, że podczas składania zamówienia użyjecie kodu rabatowego „ewwwela” 🙃 Korzystajcie, bo kod wygasa jutro (tj. czwartek) o godzinie 11:00 ☝🏽 Sprawdzajcie, w jakich miastach są, gdzie dowożą i zamawiajcie 🤪 Aha. I jeszcze jedno. Łukasz wcześniej korzystał z innych firm cateringowych i ani razu nie przedłużył zamówień na kolejny miesiąc. Aż do teraz... 🙂

Ha alle ingrediensene i en gryte, minus bananen. Kok opp og rør underveis. Skal koke til en kremet konsistens, tar cirka 10-15 minutter. Tilsett most banan og rør inn. Hell valgfri frosne bær og/eller frukt over. Grøten holder deg mett lenge, og du får en god start på dagen med stabilt blodsukker.
