It’s really great to set goals for yourself (wether fitness related or not) to help you remember to get shizz done! 😜
Some of my goals are:
🌸 Focus on feeling healthy and not so much on how I look
🌸 Work hard on getting my certificates for my PT course
🌸 Enjoy life and not worry so much
Everyone’s goals are different! Some may be really big goals and some are small but regardless of that it’s important to set them ☺️
