Don’t panic! I know you want to party however, with just a few tweaks and smart choices you can avoid the undoing of all your progress and stay on top .
The alcohol you plan to drink will determine your food choices throughout the day. I recommend going for filling and low calorie foods such as: chicken, turkey, vegetables, salads and melons for snacking.
Instead of your regular pints which can be high in calories such as a Pint of Carlsberg which contains 256 calories or a Pint of Guinness which contains 210 calories, you could try a light beer which are lower in calories: a bottle of Coors light for example, contains 102 calories and a Bottle of Miller light contains only 96 calories.
If you want to really keep it “clean” then the hard liquors are a better option.
1 glass of Whiskey contains 70 calories, Vodka contains 64 calories, a good old fashioned Gin & Tonic contains 110 calories (diet tonic). Wine can vary a lot depending on what type you get, the average house wine contains 125 calories per glass, some have more, some have less.
You could also go for water and indulge in the food that you love, wake up and feel awesome, hit the gym and do some meal prep for the week 😎 HAVE FUN! ...
