Ces deux tranches de pains perdus garnies de fruits rouges (dont sûrement les dernières fraises de l'année 😭) et de peanut butter 🥜 font mon bonheur ce matin 😍

Le programme de foufou du jour sera un mélange de meal prep, de ménage et de sport. Déjà que j'ai jamais été fan du dimanche, mais alors un dimanche sous la pluie 🙄

TORTA PERE E CACAO

Per circa 8 porzioni da 100g di dolce
.
Mescolate insieme
200g farina
40g cacao
60g zucchero a velo
1 bicchiere di latte di soia
1/2 busta lievito per dolci
3 C olio girasole alto oleico
.
2-3 pere a dadini aggiunte all’impasto all’ultimo .
180’ forno statico per circa 25minuti

Mescolate insieme 200g farina 40g cacao 60g zucchero a velo 1 bicchiere di latte di soia 1/2 busta lievito per dolci 3 C olio girasole alto oleico . 2-3 pere a dadini aggiunte all’impasto all’ultimo . 180’ forno statico per circa 25minuti . Same procedure as every Sunday: Currently enjoying a big bowl of Apple & Cinnamon oatmeal with maple syrup fried apples & walnuts and a cup of coffee....in bed!🍎✨Breakfast in bed became such a Sunday habit and I can’t ever go back I think.

Ingredients:
60 g oats
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 apple, grated
1/2 tsp cinnamon
240 ml oatmylk 
120 ml water
1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)
.
Topping:
1 apple, cut in pieces
1 handful of walnuts
1 tsp of coconut oil
1 Tbsp maple syrup
.
Method:
1. Add all oatmeal ingredients except maple syrup to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and let simmer while stirring frequently until creamy. Add maple syrup and a little more liquid if necessary.
2. For the fried apples heat coconut oil in a pan. Add apple pieces and fry for 2 min. Add maple syrup and cook until apple pieces are soft, stir in the walnuts in the last minute.

Думала, что с банановым мороженым уже покончено, холода ведь наступают, но нет, вчера нашла на кухне два спелых-спелых банана и не удержалась🐒
Сегодня утром я проснулась от солнечных лучей, повалялась с котом, встала, сделала небольшую уборку (которая попутно выполняла функцию легкой разминки)🤸🏽‍♂️ В общем, утро задалось! Теперь можно и делами заняться🍃.

slowly getting back into my groove 🙌🏻 got tons of laundry done, cleaned the house and made myself this breakfast for lunch bc i missed having avocados and eggs in Europe (all i ate was 🥐 🍞🧁🍰🙊😹)
I made my avo toast using this whole wheat seeded bread that i got in the Frankfurt airport and it’s SO GOOD! drizzled with EVOO, sprinkled with pink salt and topped with fresh dill. paired with fried eggs and fresh berries. hope everyone has a fantastic Saturday ❤️ #healthymoodsf.

Have a lovely Sunday 🤤 Today I would like to share my lunch. I try to cut carbs 🥐 as much as possible or at least eat carbs only in fruits 🍎 and vegetables 🥦 so the main important part of my food is protein🍗🥚. Today after workout I have chicken breast 🐓grilled together with pepper 🌶, champignons🍄 and cauliflower plus fresh vegetables as cucumber🥒, tomatoes 🍅and iceberg salad🥬
Macros for whole plate🍞 C 13.5g, 🥑 F 12.3g, 🐓 P 33.3g.
