It’s in taking our time that we’re able to develop an appreciation for the journey. After all, if it didn’t require an investment of our time, our energy, and our sustained effort, we wouldn’t understand the value or weight of our transformation. Patience for this type of growth is a form of self-love. It takes work. It can be frustrating and we may take steps backward as we move closer to the truest versions of ourselves, but ultimately, we forge onward out of the conviction that we’re worth it. 😌⁠
