Happy Sunday! If you haven’t jumped on the nice cream + oatmeal train you need to. I made some vanilla cashew oats and topped it with raspberries nice cream which is just frozen raspberries blended with frozen banana. Straight up dessert for breakfast 😍 I remember when I used to only allow myself 1/4 cup of oatmeal dry for breakfast and that was it 🥴 That was a dark time but I’m so thankful to have gotten out of it. It’s meals like this that make me appreciate recovery, and that’s only one of the many other things that make it worth it. Par expérience je sais que l'organisation c'est la base. Les journées sont toujours bien remplies et quand on rentre le soir si le repas n'est pas prévu, c'est vite la panique, le stress monte, on fait du vite fait, on répète les mêmes recettes et on finit par se lasser, au risque d'arrêter son rééquilibrage alimentaire.

Tout les mois je remet à mes patients 16 nouvelles recettes et une liste de courses pour faciliter leur organisation et les aider à varier leurs repas.

Je vous donne une liste de courses de saison qui vous permettra de réaliser pleins de recettes, je vous donne quelques exemples dont les recettes sont sur mon compte, j'ai mis en story permanente (liste de courses) les liens de toutes les recettes :

So after a massive Hiatus from this account like over a year I decided to bring it back after hitting my lowest today of 118kgs I’m over 6 years. This journey has obviously taken me awhile about 3 years ago I decided to get into fitness now usi cause my journey wasn’t as fast as other doesn’t mean I regret any of it I still have ways to go but every failure has taught me that even every setback I get my ass off the couch and go again and again. I won’t be uploading heaps I’ll give daily updates and stuff but I’m opening this back up as my first step in the next journey I take to help motivate others to adopt exercise into their life join me on my last 18kgs till my goal weight. .
