Seriously so easy and so good! So many messages me on my story, I thought I’d share here.

This recipe is for 1 sloppy joe pita:
4 oz 96/4 beef
64g Mamwich
1 Joseph’s pita
1 slice Velveeta cheese
Toppings of choice. I use lettuce, tomato, pickles and mustard.

Cook beef in skillet on medium heat. Once cooked, drain, then return to low heat and add Mamwich mix. Let simmer for 5-10 min. I also add salt & pepper.

Add cheese, Mamwich meat, and toppings to one side of the pita, and fold over other side. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and brown both sides on medium heat.
Macros 👉🏻 274 calories: 35p/23c/8f

You probably keep hearing progressive overload everywhere to build your muscle and strength.

But what does it actually mean?

Progressive overload is the gradual increase of stress placed upon the body during exercise training.
It works your muscles harder than what they’re used to, it means you gradually increase in volume, intensity, frequency or time. 
For example, each set you would increase the weight, even by 2.5kg! 
Or you would increase the frequency, so you could perform squats more frequently. 
I love progressive overload in my training, especially as I want to build more muscle!
