I am not a hater of being lean, I think its a cool challenge to set from time to time. People often think they will be happier if they have less body fat.
Coming from someone who has been shredsss many many times, being a little thicker is not only way better for your health status but way more fun!
So when setting goals, ensure you factor in your quality of life, and how important that is for you! Work towards your goals in a way that is improving your current one, and take into consideration that having sub healthy body fat levels is not going to be a very fun time🤗 ...
Late night post & a late night workout 🌙 I know I haven’t been posting on here a lot lately, but honestly I’ve been grinding and working a lot on myself. I’ve been struggling a lot lately with a lot of things, but I refuse to let myself down or feel defeated. To me, that is an absolute NO. To help myself feel better, I have been really trying to find ways to challenge myself and do better. Whether it’s a big challenge or little challenge I always believe challenging yourself in life is a must. It allows room for so much growth and empowerment within yourself. Here are three challenges I’ve been doing, these may seem like little things but they’re really helping me feel so much better!
1. Walk at least 5 miles a day and at least 10,000 steps. (Been hitting more 😝)
2. Wake up earlier and have a good breakfast.
3. Work on some of my dream projects for a couple hours a day.
Been going 10 days strong on these and plan to continue. 💪🏽 I encourage you all to atleast challenge yourself with one new thing before the year ends, I promise you, you will feel amazing and so proud of yourself! You deserve to feel good. 🌟
