A Sunday well spent Terraforming Mars 🌘👨🚀
Probably the most well reviewed and one of the most well regarded Euro Games of recent times.
Such a well designed and fluent experience. The development of your economic engine and its impacts on the planet are fantastic.
Some times when you play a game you just have to appreciate how intricately designed it is.
Looking to add to TM but don’t necessarily want to just add time. What expansions would everyone recommend? ...
Out of town weekend with friends and boardgames ❤️. One of the games which landed on the table was #terraformingmars with #terraformingmarsturmoil and all the expansions, even player sheets with carved spaces for cubes. Is it turmoil worth buying?
Definitely yes, this is the second must-have add on right after #terraformingmarsprelude . Turmoil introduces global events and lobbing action when you can put your delegates to influence which of the political groups will rule in the next generation. Expansion serves extra level of deepness, new ways of interaction between players and it rewards those who plan ahead. We’ve played with friends for whom TM was sth new, and from all expansions in the board they were instantly attracted by turmoil, forgetting about Venus and rather not touching the colonies.
Summarizing, if you have or plan to buy Terraforming Mars (which you should, it’s a great game loved by the most of players), and you are thinking about expansions then we recommend order: first prelude, then turmoil, next are colonies, after it venus, and the last should be hellas&elysium. Do TM veterans agree? ...
