Expressing ourselves in healthy ways may not always be modeled for us at home, in the workplace or socially, but if you keep things bottled up too long, they’ll find a way out (likely in a way that we’ll regret later) and/or will begin to make you feel sick.
Discharging that emotional energy will help you operate from a place of neutrality vs. a triggered space. That means you’re in a headspace where you can CHOOSE what action you want to take and can begin to form new and healthier patterns of behavior. 🙌🏽

“How do you wake up so early?” is a question I get asked a lot. TBH, it’s not easy (especially if you’re waking up for a workout!). I am so motivated by the people who show up to 6am class and crush it! Do you ever think about working out first thing in the morning?
Here are some tips for waking up early + hitting the 6am class:
✔️don’t hit snooze (as tempting as it is)!
✔️have a wake up playlist to get you pumped up for your day!
✔️lay your clothes out the night before
✔️coffee ☕️ (even the smell of it wakes me up)
✔️pack an after workout snack (or pre-order your smoothie) so you have something to look forward to after class
✔️group chats - have friends to keep you accountable!
