A while ago, i lost motivation for posting, and i had a feeling that I’m not being useful much on social media.
I have so many ideas and many many things that i want to share here on Instagram, but i find myself short in time and more focused on giving that time to my job and the people around me!
Still somehow i feel connected to my followers and guilty for not offering them more useful content!
I would love to hear your thoughts! To inspire me and get me more active on the things that matter! ...

Weather you’re trying to lose weight, gain muscle, maintain, or anything in between- it’s going to take time... And that’s OK!
Coming from a girl who struggled with a major ED, who had to gain fat before I could even attempt to build muscle, and struggles with anxiety and depression- getting to where I’m at now was and STILL IS a journey. I have good days and bad days, but no matter what, I’ll look back to where I was to where I am now- and I’m damn proud. Not just proud of my transformation, but proud of myself for getting healthy and finding a true passion for health and fitness.
Also, let me say, I’ve tried different forms of diets (vegetarian, vegan, meat based, keto, macros, etc.) and found what works best for ME. If you feel stuck or if you’ve hit a plateau don’t get discouraged! You might need to switch up what you’re doing and that’s OK too! 💪🏼 ...
